4. Quality Assurance

6. Pricing and Payment

Payment terms will be specified in your project quote. We accept various payment methods and may require advance payment for certain projects.
7. Delivery and Revisions
We strive to meet agreed delivery deadlines. Minor revisions based on client feedback are included within the scope of work. Significant changes or additional requirements may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the translation services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or translated materials.
9. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original documents and the translated materials. We may retain copies for quality assurance and legal compliance purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
10. Cancellation Policy
Projects may be cancelled before work begins without charge. Once translation work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply based on the work completed.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from our services will first be addressed through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of Belgium.
